The Joyful Harvest Virtual Assistant provides general administrative support, real estate virtual assistant support, and travel planning assistance.

Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased services or prepaid hours, including unused hours. Please review your service package carefully and reach out with any questions before you complete your purchase.
Dispute resolution
If you are unsatisfied with services, contact hello@thejoyfulharvestva.com within 14 days. We will review your concern and respond within 3 business days with a resolution, which may include revisions to the work.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Monthly retainer plans may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle to stop future charges. Prepaid hours must be used within their billing period and cannot be rolled over or carried into a later period. Payments already made and hours already purchased are non-refundable.
